Hope all are you happy today. Today i will come with a recipy. It is a famous Indian subcontinent food, Specially for Bangladesh.
Eid ul Adha in knocking the door. In this day many animal's are sacrificing to almighty Allah. Specially in Bangladesh are most popular animals to butching is Cow. For that many Beef meet are available in this region that time.
Today i share a recipy for Beef salting trough.
At first you need to take some beef without bone and Faat. And you cut them with a big size.
Then you boiled some water in a paan and put some chili and termeric powder as need. Then you put all beef in this pan for boiling.
After perfect boiling you put off this beef meat from water and put them in a bowl.
After that you need to high sun-dry this meat for some days for perfection.
When it is dry perfectly, you put them in a jar for future use.
It is a great way to taste a variety of beef. It is spicey also. Actually i love to eat it and i like to made it.
