Hope you guys are doing well, these days I spoke about the work and art aspect, today i'll be keeping it a little different from others. Let me tell you guys about what it is to be in media field. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's in mass communication and journalism at NITTE Institution in Mangalore and in another month i'll be in my final year times just flew by so fast huh.
I always wanted to do something different, The field of media and communication always caught my eyes ever since I was interested in exploring new things during my school days, and this field has something to do with creativity and current media. I opted arts in my secondary schooling and further took up Mass Communication and Journalism for my BA Honours.
In the beginning I felt a little difficult to cope up with assignments and such but as years passed I got used to the routine. There was so much that went into trying to understand it all and the in depth analysis in this field. Most importantly I got learn to how media works and what is the actual reality behind media coverage and when I heard facts about the same I was shook.
Also my assignments always had some kind of twists and turns which was given by our lecturers purposely, at some point of the time I felt what is all this torture they are putting us through Lol, But later on I started to enjoy doing work through which I got to learn about so many things and research about that particular thing.
Media field always needs perfection and alertness and we were given field work based on that, from preparing ground reports to one on on interviews it had so much to do. I remember encountering actual problems through my research and interviews where people told about so many true facts. Graphic design was my favorite thing to do, that subject had something special about it I loved working on art works and design and it was more like doing new stuffs every time.
However these two years were infact a massive roller coaster journey well learning was the main aspect after all, this field has made me to become someone and be fearless.
