Extremely hectic. There are numerous sources of stress. Do your job here. Do your job there. We have a propensity for being so cooped up as a result of all the things we have to accomplish. However, let us not overlook the importance of maintaining a healthy balance in our lives and making sure we have enough time to spend with the people who are important to us.
FRIDAY HANGOUT WITH MY CHURCH FRIENDS
On the previous Friday, at approximately three o'clock in the afternoon, some of my friends from church and I made the decision to go out to eat at a restaurant.
I informed my grandfather that I intend to go out, and he gave me that look like,
"That is something you really ought to do. Don't feel like you have to work nonstop since the reality is that you'll always have work available. You'll just die working. Take some time to yourself to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors."
In addition, he does have a point.
We traveled on a motorcycle belonging to a member of my church. I didn't tell that part to my papa because if I did, he probably wouldn't let me go because my papa doesn't want us to ride motorcycles. I didn't tell that part to my papa because I didn't want my papa to stop me from going. Because he has previously been involved in a riding mishap, he is understandably concerned that it will also involve us. I am not used to riding a motorcycle, but for the sake of going out with friends, I decided to do it anyhow even though I am not used to it. # (laughter)
*Arriving at the Location *
The space had such a pleasing overall appearance. When I went there, it was a Korean store. If you had known me for a significant amount of time, you would already be aware of the fact that I am a huge fan of Shin Ramyun and that this is the place where I get it. Before, it was nothing more than a Korean convenience store, but now that they have expanded, they have made room for customers to sit down and eat there. And I must say, I appreciate it.
These are the items that we requested for our meal. This item comes in a package and is sufficient for two to three people apiece. We have two sets of it, and each set costs P495 (assuming that $1 is equivalent to P50). We have some Nuggets, Kimbap, Tteokbokki, Samyang Noodles, Jjangmyeon, and Spam with Rice. Additionally, we have some Tteokbokki and Rice Cake.
The decision-making process for the drinks presented a new challenge. Because they only stock drinks native to Korea, finding something to drink there was a bit of a challenge. As a result, we were only able to choose the Demi-Soda as our beverage of choice because there were no other options. Haha:D
Finally, our drinks and meal were brought to us.
The interesting thing is that they didn't have any spoons! They only have chopsticks available to them! Since most of my pals have never used chopsticks before, I found it really entertaining to observe how they handled the situation. Because I had already become accustomed to using chopsticks, I did not experience any difficulties. My other buddy even mentioned that using the chopsticks was making her fingers pain and that she didn't want to eat there anymore because of it.
Time for your chopsticks: D Take a look at the face of my pal. It appears that she is struggling to use the chopsticks:
It was already late by the time I realized I should have taken pictures, therefore I didn't really have that many photos. It is something that occurs to me on a regular basis. When I'm in a good mood and having a good time, I frequently forget to take pictures. I have a terrible time not being here and now. Do you identify with this too? Or is it just me?
Window Shopping Following our meal, we have made the decision to go to the shopping mall and simply look around. Because one of my other acquaintances expressed interest in purchasing a pen, my family and I made the decision to accompany her.
The food, the laughs, the odd conversations, and the hikes were all such wonderful sources of entertainment. Because of this, whenever we are able to do it, we make sure to savor it and give it our whole attention.
