I just finished a 7.708km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:3ss !
As planned, I wanted to run a distance that I have not ran before. I managed to run past 7 kms twice in two weeks now. Good progress to be honest.
I was mentally prepared for this run. The weather was also on the positive side. The sun was shining but not too much. But, it was hot outside. I followed the usual park loop that I would normally run until I completed my 5K. I broke out to run on a street where I normally don't go for the rest of the distance.
Managed to run 7.7K.
The run was tiring due to heat, humidity and also due to the fact that I had not eaten anything in the morning. Happy that it's done. Let's see if I will be ready for my 10k this year.
Keep exhausting.

You have uploaded 22 running activities, and 2 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 2 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 14.72 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:00 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.066min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
In a few months, this is going to be the shortest run ;-)
wow, you sound like ETH 😇
Every day is a good day when you run.
