It seems like this year I'm quite lucky like last year. If last year I was lucky because I won a give away of a fanmeeting ticket from my idol, this year I was lucky again because I won a fanmeeting ticket too. But this time the artist who did the fanmeeting was not my idol, even so I also quite liked him. He is a Thai actor named Mark Prin and this is his first fanmeet in Indonesia. Starting from the mention of a friend of mine on social media, I finally joined the give away by mentioning three other friends. I never thought I would win the VIP ticket because I was just following the give away for fun. I really feel very lucky.
The fanmeeting was held in one of the malls in my city which is quite close to where I live, about a thirty-minute trip by motorcycle. I went along with another give away winner who contacted me via direct message on social media. After taking the ticket at the counter, you take pictures and then immediately queue to enter the venue. Once inside the venue, I found out that the fanmeeting would only start two hours later. But before that, there was a performance from a famous local band, Yovie&Nuno. For an hour I enjoyed the music and sang along, as I knew many of the songs.
When the fanmeeting started and Mark Prin came out, the whole audience screamed, it was really very lively. I was mesmerized as if I was dreaming because all this time I could only see him from the cellphone screen when I watched the drama. He turned out to be much more handsome than in the drama. After the show lasted for an hour, I decided to leave first even though the show wasn't over yet. I left not because the show was boring, but because I had a movie appointment with my husband and I had already booked the tickets. Although I had to leave the venue and miss some fanmeeting moments, I don't regret it because I know which one to prioritize. Although I didn't finish, I really enjoyed Mark Prin's fanmeeting.
