in New Nyanya, Abuja was glorious.
On a beautiful Saturday afternoon our team embarked on a journey to visit the orphans and less privileged individuals at a local care center in New Nyanya, Abuja.
The center, which is home to over 50 children, provides a safe paradise for those who have been abandoned, orphaned, or neglected. As we interacted with the children, we were struck by their hope and joy, despite the challenges they face.
God created us to be our brothers keepers.
God created you not to satisfy only yourself but to please him and to satisfy others too.
Having a lot of money, driving good cars and owning houses and eating alone doesn't mean someone has fulfilled his or her destiny because all this are for the fellow 's pleasure.Destiny is not be measured by how much money you have or how powerful you become.It is measured by the degree to which you are doing the will of God through charity or showing love to people and the Less privilege, orphans, widows etc.
My father sgt.Moses Ochayis said, "The poorest man on the earth is the richest man who is stingy"
It is good to be rich, famous and powerful, but even when those things come, you will still not be fulfilled unless you do the will of God by touching the lives of others through your charity work by reaching out to them in all locations.
Don't chase Shadows.Chase putting smiles on people's faces and bless their lives, that is what brings joy and happiness
In the orphanage home,we tour the facilities, pwhere we saw the living quarters, kitchen, and classrooms
We were impressed by the efforts of the caregivers to provide a clean, comfortable, and nurturing environment for the children.
I was really move and touched by all the good work and charity work of the caregivers.
We spent time with the children, engaging in various activities such as singing, dancing, and playing games. We also distributed gifts, including food, clothing, and educational materials, which brought immense joy to the children.
One of the most important and beautiful moments of our visit was when we had a session with the children, listening to their stories, hopes, and dreams. It was heartbreaking to hear about the difficulties they face, but inspiring to see their determination to succeed.
As we prepared to leave, the children gathered around us, thanking us for our visit and the gifts we brought. We, in turn, thanked them for allowing us to share in their lives and for reminding us of the importance of kindness, compassion, and generosity.
As we departed the center going back to Akwanga,we couldn't help but feel a great and wonderful sense of gratitude and humility.
Our visit to Rejoice academy for less privilege was a sobering reminder of the painful realities faced by many orphans,less privilege and poor families in our society. However, it also help our commitment to making a positive contribution in our community and to supporting organizations that care for the poor and the Less privilege
As we reflect on our visit, we are reminded of the need to assist organizations that care for the poor, orphans, widows, and the Less privilege and to make a good contribution in our community.
