Vibrant Carrot Salad 🥕A Vegan and Gluten-Free Treat for Your Taste Buds

I hope you're all doing well today. I wanted to share with you a recipe for a delicious Carrot Salad that I recently made. This salad is perfect as a side dish or as a snack, and it's super easy to make using just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.

In this recipe, I've used grated carrots, grated coconut, green chilies, red onion, tomato, and salt to create a flavorful and healthy salad. It's a great way to add some color and nutrition to your meal, and it's also vegan and gluten-free.

So, frends let's get started and make this delicious Carrot Salad together!

Ingredients

2 - 3 Carrots

2 - 3 Green Chilly

Few Red Onions

1/2 Salt

1Tomato

1Cup Grated Coconut

Instructions

🥕Begin by washing the carrots thoroughly, peel and grate them using a hand-held grater or a food processor.

🥕Once done, place the grated carrots into a mixing bowl.

🥕Finely chop 2-3 green chilies and add them to the mixing bowl.

🥕Next, finely chop a small red onion and add it to the bowl.

🥕Finely chop a medium-sized tomato and add it to the mixing bowl.

🥕Add salt to taste and mix all the ingredients well, ensuring they are evenly combined.

🥕Add the grated coconut to the mixing bowl containing the grated carrots.

🥕Once done, transfer the salad into a serving bowl.

🥕Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Your Carrot Salad is now ready to be enjoyed! You can serve it as a side dish or as a snack. Enjoy!

I am seeing this type of dish for the first time. Usually I use carrots in the form of salads or to make carrot halwa. I love carrot pudding. This recipe of yours looks exactly like carrot halwa, but due to the presence of onions and other vegetables in it, I think it is not that. It looks very tasty, I hope it will be tasty too, thanks for sharing.

No actually not the halva. Very eacy recipes you can try it. Thanks for comment.

After seeing onion chili tomato, I had an idea that this is not halwa. But whatever it is, it looks delicious. I will definitely try it.
