This was the question that echoed in the folds of my thoughts. And I just set out to capture everything I saw from one place. This exercise can be very interesting, because it grounds you in the awareness that in every moment around us everything transforms and also ‘everything ends’, so that a new cycle begins, with more colours and emotions.
From 3rd and A, Vedado. Havana. Cuba.
Of course there are things that take more time... this building maybe has been like this for a long time already, with its veils. One day it will look its best and will be the topic of discussion among its neighbours.
I'm still in that corner...
Curious?
Now let's see what we have behind us...
💡 Artechef is a restaurant-school, an additional info for you to get to know the neighbourhood.
... she and I, of course. 😃
How do you prefer it?
How many photos do you think I took in that corner?
If I look up, we go back to the beginning.
I didn't really take so many pics... but this is what caught my eye in that corner.
I hope you enjoy this blue sky and that my beautiful energy reaches you. I was cycling this afternoon and that does me a lot of good.

You catch so many things sin that corner. : )
some are pointy, some are round. Others are in focus, some are not.
so beautiful my friend
Indeed. 😅
Thank you. 😋
love the compression of the heavy density of the sells of balconies you brought with the close up to the building ! and this shadowplay is amazing !

It is a state of mind that I had perhaps. Thank you 😊 @victorbz.
my pleasure !
I do love the look of chipped up old buildings so much more than streamlined and new. Of course, I don't want them so chipped up they fall on me...
I like the blurry car boket best.
In this area of Havana, because of its proximity to the sea, the buildings suffer a lot. The saltpetre does its thing, you know. And even more so if the economic situation is so complex that people can't undertake repairs because they barely have enough money to eat.
Still... In Vedado you don't see as much destruction as in Old Havana, for example.
fantastic, love the architecture, and the streets, all from one corner brilliant,
The corner looks bright because it was nice and sunny yesterday. Lol.
I feel gusts of wind now. I'm in bed still... Looks like the winter airs are wrapping around us already.
You took 18 pictures! And I really liked the car and the trunk, also the shadow of the palm tree on the wall!!!!😃
Good morning!
I took some more that I didn't publish. But as I'm still wrapped in the blankets and haven't fully woken up, I can't count them. I'll do it in a little while after I've brewed some coffee.
Hugs.
Don't worry... I'll watch over here while I do things around the house!
I'm already having my coffee in a cool mug I have with a picture of a hummingbird on it.
I took 24 pictures. @elbuhito quiso adivinar también.
Lindo día, Amonet ;)
Bueno al menos fue número par jajaja... Yami, mi par!!!
😃
I feel like at some point I'll be caught by @nanixxx camera by accident Jajaja.
Saludos @nanixxx !
Jajaja... seguramente. Ten cuidado, anda al hilo. 😁
I am very happy that you are riding your bicycle through those streets of Havana with that energy and passion that you put into everything. Your photos are great as always and above all they speak while you look at them. You have an art!!
Oh, my friend... thank you for everything. This makes me feel better, really.
As you turn the corner, you come across this...
...and I think you took about 30 pictures 🦉
Buhito, yo encontré en otra esquina a un pariente tuyo.
(no tantas, déjame contar)
¡Mira!
Es mi tio lejano, Pepe, es un buho mecanico, quedo en repararme el auto, pero se hizo el bobo y no me reparo nada 🦉
😂🤣
Agree. Sometimes I have very same thoughts, and make a 'rich harvest' from a tiny spot, not going further from the location, be it excercise, or having too much options to cover until you want to move on...
!BEER
I learned this from Steve McCurry (do you know who he is?), a friend who was his guide told me. 🙃
No, the name says nothing to me. Is he a photographer?
Yes, a famous one.
