Here is my comment as regard the Thanksgiving service, kindly watch my video below:

In order to walk properly before God and be perfect, we should have wisdom from above. Also wisdom from above in embedded in love, the two cannot be separated.
Colossians 1:8 Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it , do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Thanksgiving is a sacrifice unto God but there is also another sacrifice that God loves.
Doing good is also a sacrifice that pleases God, we should strive and do good always because God loves it.
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Hebrews 13:16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Hebrews 10:23
Let us make a firm commitment to our beliefs; (for he is faithful that promised;).
God's mercy is eternal and extends to all of creation. Because God's loving goodness lasts forever, we should have no doubts about His faithfulness to His creation.

5:7 of 1 Peter
All your worries should be cast on him, because he is concerned about you.
We must have the correct mindset and act on God's warnings in order to keep our faith intact. So that we do not stray from God, our perspective must be correct toward God's things.

Let love be without hypocrisy or partiality.
For you to be sure you have wisdom from above, you should have love. Do everything in love because Love never fail.
Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
1 Corinthians 16:14 Let all your things be done with charity.

Let brotherly continue, there should not be an end to loving one another.
Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.
Shalom!
