Matthew 6 vs 33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you
You should first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness before any other thing.
There’s a difference between the righteousness of God and righteousness of man (self righteousness)
Ephesians 6 vs 6
Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart
You should do the will of God wholeheartedly and not with eye service.
You should not talk about God to people and do what’s against the will of God in your closet
You should practice what you preach.
Luke 16 vs 15
And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God
You should not justify or make yourself look holy before men when your heat is full of evil and wickedness because you cannot pretend to God
