Hello and Welcome back to my blog!
I love games that make us explore and get a sense of discoverability and adventure. One of the best games that does it on so many levels is No Man's Sky. A space adventure and exploration which I loved so much. Sadly, I don't spend much time in this game but every time I come back to it. I realise how much I missed it. Love the fact that you can land on billions of planets each procedurally generated to have different characteristics like weather, fauna, fauna and other conditions.
One of the latest planets I explored is this Grassy planet which I renamed to ClamEarth. Why? Because that was the first thing I noticed. There were a lot of clams like rocks and mineral deposits and the planet had a lot of flora and fauna much like Earth. Hence, the ClamEarth.
It looked like Earth from space too. Upon landing here, I saw it was full of grass and plants. There were a lot of sea shells and clams-like rocks.
I saw some interesting rocks with Starfish and aquatic animals stuck to them. But this was not an organic substance. And looks like all of it is fossilized now. My theory is this planet was covered with a lot of water or maybe this part was an old ocean which is now dried up.
There were a lot of plants and trees on the surface. Some with red leaves and others with green or yellow ones.
ClamEarth has a lot of animal species too. All of them were afraid of me and they were not dangerous despite the looks and size of some of them.
The biggest one was this monstrosity named X. Wingiuvorus. A 4 meter high and weighing over 150 Kg. This one feasts on di-hydrogen crystals.
A lot of them were flying in the sky too. Most of them look like prehistoric flying dinosaurs that we see in the movies now. I raced with one of the creatures on the surface. This one looked like a big dog and was quite afraid of me. We had a good run. I won the race...lol.
I explored an underground cave too. I love caves in NMS, they are mostly lit by glowing plants. And sometimes you can find rare animals that live in these caves. Usually, the last species I found on any planet are in these caves.
The best thing I saw on this planet was this biological entity called D. Bonefaseum. They look like cute plant/animal hybrids. The face is made out of a glowing flower; the limbs or skeleton were the stems of this plant while the leaves covered the back. You would think it was a plant but nope this tiny thing was running around and quite shy.
I had never seen something like this before on any other planets I discovered so far. Bizzare discoveries like this are why I love this game. I couldn't find a good name for this one. So, let me ask you guys, what should I name this cute creature?
There is abundant water on this planet. And it so time for some underwater exploration.
I found a big lake not too far from the place where I found that cute guy.
There were all kinds of plants inside the water, in so many colours, and plants and rocky sediments all over the lake bed. A few schools of fish were swimming, too. I opened my scanner and scanned everything. There are so many things on this planet to be discovered. I liked the glowing bulb-like plants.
I went back to my starship so I could fly off to the next planet and see what other mysteries lay there. My next target is the beautiful ringed planet in this star system. This is a fully untouched star system. No one else has been here before. Here is what my next planet looks like from space.
That's all from me in this episode. Hope you liked ClamEarth as much as me. It was a beautiful planet with a lot to discover and find. It was much nicer than most of the planets I have been to. The temperature was perfect and the storms were not too frequent, even the bots were not there so it was peaceful.

How about naming it, köpek 😂
Wow! I'm really excited to see other travelers enjoying unique adventures. About the cute creature, you can call it "Otuyu," which means cute in our language, Dusun. Seeing your adventure post this time makes me eager to return to exploring the world of No Man's Sky and finish the final phase of my mission in Expedition 15. Have a nice day man! No Man’s Sky is one of those games, that really lets your imagination run wild. I have this game in my to-play list but I don't really know when I might get the chance to try it out as I'm hardly getting time to play Last of Us regularly when I installed and keep God of War Ragnarök waiting for me to finish this one first as I don't want to get distracted while playing a great title.
ClamEarth looks like a beautiful find. Your theory about the planet once being covered in water sounds cool and it can be true as well.
Everything about this game looks fantastic, your title is totally worth it. @tipu curate 8

The screenshots you have shared with us are totally awesome, I really liked the focus on the clams, and the creatures in this game are very strange but exciting.

I'm catching up on Hive hahaha hey excellent that you are playing No Man's sky I remember when the trailer came out, I was crazy to play it I thought it was super original, then happened what we all know but it is very respectable that they have ended up fixing and fulfilling what they promised but clearly the stain left them a very good game to explore and get original captures of creatures, plants and strange landscapes.
