This morning I moved faster than my mood which almost weakened my intention to come to the gym.
Rushed to wear gym clothes and did some exercises to train my back. Of course, I can't do pull ups yet. I call it a pull up journey.
Do you know why I'm so hard? Because I'm in my PMS period. Breasts are a little sore and some muscles are starting to stiffen. Time to boost energy with good food.
