I'm almost sure that I can write anything here because only horny downwaters from the Hive Wanker tribe are reading this, but still let me say that in 56th day of this year, I rode a very strenuous anaerobic training. Six series in zone 6 lasting one minute each with a minute break... crazy fun, especially on the last intervals. For control, as I already wrote, I started using Garmin exclusively and this time without any problems. If anyone has problems with controlling the Kickr trainer via Garmin, feel free to contact me - I have become an expert and know exactly what the possible problems are. I topped it all off with 10,000 steps, as I have every day for the last 54 days. Let's move on.
