Today felt better than yesterday. Got a workout in this morning which felt nice to check it off first thing. Steps are done for the day.Got a lot things done. Completed almost most of my to do list, which felt really good. Made it for a walk! Spent about an hour looking into automating something this morning but it will be a lot more work than I have time to take on right now. Think I am in okay shape for one project this week. Goal today is to hit at least 40 hours on the big project and spend a little time on others.
I still have a ton of work but will make time for another walk tomorrow, maybe right after lunch. Didn’t track my calories at all which is a first in about 2 months. Also discovered my brain thinks that’s an excuse to eat whatever the hell I want, but I didn’t binge too bad. Looking back, I probably could’ve gone without a second slice of cake but I’m just going to move on and get back to being on track.
