Short of a very small isolated town called Point Roberts, you are looking at the furthest northwest spot in the continental United States!😊
Point Roberts is very unique……..
Passenger cars need to drive North and cross the border into Canada……..
Then once in Canada, you cross another US/ Canadian border, back into the U.S. and into Point Roberts!
If you worked in the continental US, you would need to cross the border twice to go to work, and twice to get back home!😇🙄
Not only has the rain stopped, but Silvertop started removing layers of sweatshirts on today’s hike……..
We hit a high of 57 degrees Fahrenheit!😎

The higher elevations of the Mountains are still covered with deep snow…..
Sumas Mountain, Silvertop’s stomping ground, rising 3,430 feet above Sea level has lost all of its white frosting!☺️
