Not super impressed about heading to the dentist. But after the gym in the morning that's where I went. Got a bunch of steps on the treadmill most of my steps for the day

After the dentist, work. Ugh.

Then home. But my wife walked the dog, hooray!

So I got to have a lazy evening .

Overall not a bad day...

Well except for this

And of course starting up at this
