Hey Actifit frens! I had a spectacular day today with the kids and the wife as we went apple picking. First my daughter had soccer, so my son and I played on the side. Then I took them all apple picking at this farm that is mad hilly. Then after the day was over I went for a 4.8 mile run, would have been longer but it got dark.

P.S. I hit a weight milestone of under 180 today, a goal I had been working on. I want to get to and maintain 175 permanently.

Good so far. 4.8mile is enough to walk daily.

This is very good and solid idea, but little bit take care about your food in take or consumption, right meal at right time with standard amout, also maintained calories too. Mainly avoiding suger and high carb-food. And don't worry about the burning calories, you're fully active in it.
