Part of my morning commute when I'm in Camagüey is to go around the beltway very early. I come across many interesting scenes all the time: those who go to work by bicycle or motorbike, also pass many people being transported in horse-drawn carts along this road, less busy than the city center. Especially picturesque mornings are when mist and sun combine to add a dramatic touch to everything. It is not a very common phenomenon in this part of the plain, so you have to take advantage of it and I always carry my camera with me to make it so.
Parte de mi recorrido matutino cuando estoy en Camagüey es ir por la circunvalación bien temprano. Me topo muchas escenas interesantes todo el tiempo: los que van hacia sus trabajos en bicicleta o en motos, también pasan muchas personas siendo transportadas en carretones tirados por caballos por esta vía, menos ajetreada que el centro de la ciudad. Las mañanas especialmente pintorescas son en las que la niebla y el sol se combinan para darle un toque dramático a todo. No es un fenómeno muy común en esta parte de la llanura, por eso hay que aprovecharla y siempre cargo conmigo mi cámara para que así sea.
