In England and a few other parts they call this a tor although I'm not sure if this qualifies as a true tor. Looks the same though. I wrote about it in my Dartmoor post last week. Great photo. I reckon that spot would be worth the hike to get there. (Although there may be a road up I guess.)
Never heard of that term before, I’ll do a bit of quick research on it......looking at it closer, it does look like a tor in fact.
