In one of my current jobs I have to travel frequently within the country. It is impossible not to be impressed by the landscapes I come across while I am on my way to my destinations. This post contains some of the pictures I managed to capture, some of them while driving and others are pictures taken more calmly.
En uno de mis trabajos actuales me corresponde viajar con mucha frecuencia dentro del país. Es imposible no impresionar se con los paisajes con los que me encuentro mientras voy camino a mis destinos. Este post contiene algunas de las fotografías qué logrado captar, algunas mientras manejo y otras son fotografías disparadas con más calma.
The Barquisimeto-Acarigua road connects the state of Lara with the state of Portuguesa in Venezuela. It is a road whose curves eventually hide a straight road with great landscapes. Besides, depending on the time of day, you can catch a great sunset or some really outstanding clouds.
La carretera Barquisimeto-Acarigua conecta el estado Lara con el estado Portuguesa en Venezuela. Es una carretera cuyas curvas, esconden eventualmente una recta con unos grandes paisajes. Aparte de esto, dependiendo de la hora, puedes captar una gran puesta de sol o unas nubes realmente resaltantes.
On the other hand, the Cimarrón Andresote highway (also known as the Rafael Caldera highway), is commonly watered by rain along its more than 150 km span. This offers a great contrast between the green of the vegetation on the roadside, and the intense blue of the sky.
Por otro lado, autopista Cimarrón Andresote (conocida también como la autopista Rafael Caldera), es comúnmente regada por la lluvia a lo largo de su envergadura de más de 150 kms. Esto ofrece un gran contraste entre el verde de la vegetación en la orilla de carretera, y el azul intenso del cielo.
On the way to the plains of Venezuela, on the Jose Antonio Paez highway, you can find a road with few curves, but adorned on the sides by large expanses of flat land. It also rains a lot on its wingspan and looks like a great landscape at sunrise, and at sunset because few mountains can be seen in the distance.
En la vía hacia los llanos de Venezuela, en la autopista José Antonio Páez, puedes encontrar una carretera con pocas curvas, pero adornada a los lados por grandes extensiones de terrenos planos. También llueve mucho en su envergadura y se parecia un gran paisaje al amanecer, y al atardecer debido a que se ven pocas montañas a lo lejos.
I usually travel alone for work purposes, which makes me appreciate the scenery that accompanies the audiobooks that I usually listen to in order to make the most of my time on the road.
Comúnmente mis viajes los hago sólo ya que es por motivos laborales, esto hace que aprecie mucho los paisajes que acompañan los audiolibros que comúnmente escucho para aprovechar los tiempos itineres.
