Greetings, fellow early get-uppers!
Another month or so has gone by since last I did a photo report of the previous session of a September sunrise at the Black Sea coast.
Well, I post when I do find the time, energy, and inspiration for it. The collection is still there to be shared ;) You can check out my previous posts on the topic. It's all a sequence:
September Sunrise Part III — A Photo Series
And now, Part V:
Camera Settings:
Aperture F 22; Shutter Speed 1/5 sec.; Light Sensitivity ISO 100; Focal Length 16 mm
Camera Model:
Sony Alpha 6000 with a 16-50 mm kit lens
Last time, I told you the story of getting to the lighthouse area at Achtopol Bay where photographers and fisherfolk clashed for taking the better position for whatever each of them thought they needed. I did take a shot from the front of the conflict zone but then, following a colleague's example, I moved to a position where I could try and capture both the lighthouse and the sunrise in a single frame. A difficult to approach spot, with our feet in the water or upon slippery rocks right above the water. Worth the risk, if you think you have confidence in your footing, your grip upon the camera and tripod, and a good balance of your body's weight.
I had a variety of shots at about the same moment that you can see above, but I now present to you the shot made between the legs of that colleague whose example I did follow. What happens at the seaside, stays at the seaside, they said.
Peace and Algae!
Yours,
Manol
