Building peer to peer lending on the blockchain is a solid idea, but from this text it doesnt seems like thats what you are going to do... then you would need to have real smart contracts on the blockchain ala Ethereum... to me it looks like a centralized service, that depends on you and if you run or die it will die... so I dont trust it...
Also promises like ICOs and this you do, are kind-of dead already... LASSECASH was a finished product from day one!
