Today is International Yoga Day ...

We all know Yoga and its benefits but still, we forgot to practice. We are so busy in our day to day life that we never introspect our inner conscience. All we think about are Materialistic things.

Practice yoga to transform your body and mind physically, mentally and spiritually.

  1. It increases Flexibility, Strength, Balance, stamina, body alignment.
  2. It reduces Joint pain

Yoga is great for reducing stress and greater relaxation. Once you get into Yoga though, you learn that it is so much more than just a way to workout and keep in shape.

It is a philosophy, a passion and a way of life for many of those involved in Yoga. While you may be getting into yoga for the exercise, you may soon find yourself wrapped in the philosophy and spirituality that Yoga brings along with it.

You can schedule your Yoga sessions at any time of the day, but not after meals.

There are lots of things about Yoga. It is very vast. Videos, Books and Guides are available in the market with every information, how to do it, when to do it. Must watch and read.
