Introducing myself Dr. Veda Krishnan

in #introduceyourself7 years ago

Hi Everyone.

I am Dr. Veda Krishnan, a budding scientist in the field of plant biochemistry, actively working in nutritional enhancement of cereals and pulses. I chose biochemistry as my profession with a keen interest in doing more than nutrition, having a deeper understanding in the chemical make-up of the nutrition. I had a clear path in mind soon after masters to join research in human nutrition but life clearly threw me a curve ball and I ended up working as a bio technologist in Kerala, India; In vivo biologist and molecular biologist in Singapore (NTU, Singapore) and immunogeneticist in Delhi, India. After joining in 2011 as scientist, I revamped my interests and dedicatedly working on nutrition.
