Short and deep thoughts

Hey, this is my #introduceyourself. I'm a Dutch girl, living a quite normal and mature life for a 17 year old teenager.

On my steemit blog, you'll see short stories. It's more like my thoughts, my brain is a 24/7 service. Furthermore, philosophy is very interesting and that's also why I like to think about all philosophy subjects and then discuss it with other people because I also want to learn about how they see these things. So, I can't learn myself to see situations at different perspectives.

The second thing what you'll see on my blog is the current news, especially politic. I don't want to give my opinion about the current politic or anything, but I do want to share the Dutch politic as a normal resident and not as, for example, a journalist. Beside that fact, I rather write an opinion than present an argument.

I hope that you'll like my type of sharing and blogs, if not... steemit does know the right of freedom and you can always leave my feed. Enjoy my blog, leave a comment and vote and I'll comment and vote back.

Hello dessertsmuchtoo! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. Here are 5 essential tips that will help facilitate your onboarding process:

1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of the 4 passwords and make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
2. Get Steem rewards: You have the option to choose how to receive your post reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this will change over time. Check our post for more details.
3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Converting and powering up more Steem into Steem Power will enable you to have higher value on upvotes.

Worked all day today, travelled Asia for six months, lived in Austrlia for a year and in Canada for a year and a half also worked on Cruiseships
