Love at First Sight
I started to love cars, as far as I can remember, when I first asked my dad what "Twin Cam" meant, when I saw it written on the rear side door of a Nissan Sentra.
Size Does Matter
Nowadays, I am fascinated by small little hatchbacks, a viewpoint I picked up from the folks in Top Gear UK, and now, The Grand Tour, because they always loved driving around in them, Richard Hammond for instance love the Ford Fiesta ST, Jeremy Clarkson owns a Volkswagen Golf GTI which he called multiple times, the best car of the year, and James May has a 1 liter, 2 cylinder Fiat Panda. Doug DeMuro, no, as far as I know, he hated the Mitsubishi Mirage, for good reason.
Fascination With Motorcycles
I also like motorbikes, particularly scooters, and mopeds, I think they are the absolute best tool for conquering the city traffic, until it rains. But seriously, if you haven't owned a motorcycle, try it, they're cheap, easy to maintain and cheap to run.
My Interest in Vans and People Carriers
I also love vans and people carriers, I think this has something to do with being born in the country I live in, The Philippines, our roads here are brimming with Nissan Urvans and Toyota HiAces, and they constantly haul people to and from places. Although I must say, a lot of them are rude
