i do still understand so little, but i do notice i got a few high rewarded votes, I have the idea it is caused by @basicincome, Now can i do that more times? I want to do it for two other people. Or is it better that they do it their self? And what happens when they then put my name as comment?

You can check your articles on https://steemworld.org/@steembasicincome (just substitute your own name after the @). It breaks down a lot of helpful information about your account. We use it to identify posting frequency and weight the votes of individual members correctly.
Also, it is fine to sponsor as many people as you would look like and they can also sponsor you. I only send confirmation messages the first time somebody is enrolled, but you will see your share counts go up in each update.
