Ingredients :
200 grams of rice
250 ml of medium coconut milk (boiled, wait cold)
100 grams of margarine (melted)
1 egg
100 grams of wheat flour
80 grams of sugar (adjust your taste)
A pinch of salt

Raisins
Steps:
Blend the rice and coconut milk until smooth and soft. set aside.
Mix all ingredients including blend of rice and coconut milk until blended. Add the pandanus paste to taste, stirring.
Heat a small mud cake mold. Oles with margarine. Make sure the mold is properly hot. Pour batter until 3/4, cover. after half done, Add the raisins above it, close again. Cook until well done. Lift, serve.
