Great post! Something that helps for me is to find someone else who's writing as a sounding board. I can't count the number of times I've been in a middle of a tirade about how I couldn't come up with any ideas and had to then jot down said ideas I couldn't think of.

Keeping a strong sense of community can be an aid, even if you tend to be more of a solitary writer. Having a critique group to share my frustrations with and keep me accountable is probably the biggest contributor to my actually getting past the creative anxiety.
