I'm a huge fan of yoga and I must admit, I'd like to do it more often! I do, however, rock the cat-cow every single day. It's probaly the best thing you can do for your spine.
@flamingirl, what do you think of hot yoga? I really love it, especially in the winter time.

To be honest I do not know exactly what is hot yoga ^^... Can you tell me more? π
It's actually called Bikram Yoga. The studio is heated up to 105 degrees with 40% humidity and so it gets really intense as you move through the poses. I love it at the end when you're resting and the instructor lays out cold towels on your face. It's incredibly blissful. Definitely worth experiencing!
