I spent a lot of 2017 making sustainable changes. Every once in a while I'd get frustrated with my 'lack' of progress and then I'd see how far I'd already come... and none of it was a stress or a huge challenge for me. I did it all using small changes and habits that I knew I could sustain.
My resolution this year is to keep those up and add a new habit each month. Great post, great tips and good luck with your new year!
