Awesome post! I have been practicing meditation for about 6 months now and have seen the changes in my mental health which has reflected in all areas of my life. I have been looking into yoga too, very inspirational post.

What kind of meditation do you practice @exkwizard? It interests me to know more because I also started meditation recently and I see a lot of changes too!
I try do a mindfullness meditation daily in the morning and then a chakra alignment every now and then when I feel really down. I have also been reading a lot lately and I have found that "lao tzu, tao te ching" is a life changer with regards to cleaning up your energy and thoughts.
