Sleeping at night is a natural way to relax the body and renew the soul, as it has many benefits. It is obvious that there are many benefits we derive from sleeping on time, but how about sleeping naked? Wait, do you really mean naked? Yes! Sleeping naked has its own benefits, and below are some of them:
1. It is easier: Things become easier when you have no worries about going to bed in clothes. You save money, have lesser clothes to wash and few cloths to put away. You will not have to wash more often than sleeping with clothes on.
2. It forces you to be ready to go more often: When you are at home and you are wearing your pajamas, you will feel reluctant to go out, and this will make you want to stay indoors more often. However, if you are putting on your regular clothes, you will have that urge to go out, and this is a good thing for you.
3. It can make you feel happier and more free: When you lay naked in bed, you’ll be free of your underwear and pants. This feeling is great, and it gives you that feeling of freedom. Without clothes on, you have that unique feeling that there isn’t any constraints, and you will feel free. This will increase your happiness, making you a happier person.
4. Skin-on-skin contact is the best: Surely, for those living with their significant other especially the married ones, there will be more skin-skin-contact when you sleep naked. This will improve your sex live and strengthen your relationship. In doing so, lots of oxytocin are released. This is a neurotransmitter that trigger the good feelings you have for your spouse.
5. It could lead to better sleep: When you sleep naked, there would be no need to worry about your clothes getting twisted and other distractions. This will ensure that you get better and more deeper sleep, and truly, you already know that quality sleep makes you more healthier.

You are actually on point! Struggling with pants or shorts when you are pressed can be so annoying and frustrating... You don't want to stain your pants when you are pressed. lol
Agree Totally! It's freedom to be just what you are without any adds! I practice this often! Especially in the summer!
The benefits are just awesome! Sometimes the weather is a contributing factor as to why we sleep without clothes. Just as you mentioned, this is done mostly in the summer.
