As we age, we are doing lots of work. We work doing our daily duties, or responsibilities even at school. The more we work a lot, the more we get tired and stressed. We also eat unhealthy foods which could also make us weaker and can be prone to illness and diseases.
But, we should not worry because there are wonders of nature that could save our bodies from harm. If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then banana is also here which is considered as a superfruit.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BANANA?
It is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6. These all contribute to the proper functioning of the body and keeping you healthy.

Bananas can be helpful in overcoming depression "due to high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin, the mood-elevating brain neurotransmitter," Flores said. Plus, vitamin B6 can help you sleep well, and magnesium helps to relax muscles.
