I have been building up my morning routine again, since somehow I always fall out of track. As part of my morning routine, I try to meditate in the morning but I do stretches in the evening, I'll try to do them in the morning and see how it goes. :)

I have read that doing stretches in the evening can be good value. I have also read that they are good in the morning. One martial arts teacher told me I could do the splits if I stretched every morning AND evening :P
