Artificial Intelligent is taking over the employment space, we are in a DigitalWorld and information age; those who fail to evolve with time might go into Oblivion. This goes for all aspect of our lives; employment, raising families, educational systems, infrastructures, Government etc.
In the context of my Blog, Smart Job or Smart Working is when an individual legitimately earns a living from the comfort of his or her homes or office, condos without going through stress and hassles of normal jobs. The concept of reporting to an office is eliminated and sometimes it has no need for a chain of command or division of Labour of a regular working place.
The concept of Smart Working is synonymous to technological advancement, both developed countries and developing ones now embrace this means of making a living that boycotts daily stress of life, that also requires little or no "Boss" clause before making a livelihood legitimately. One of the features of Smart Working is soft skills which require the use of computers and devices for remote working i.e your bedroom, Workspace, Sitting room, Kitchen and so on; so far you do not have to go to a Physical office to get any task or job done.
Day Jobs are nothing compared to working Smart, as a worker you need to report to an office daily and promptly in most cases before getting paid, you have to do paper works and be subjected to the hierarchy of command. A critical fact is that. you have to endure a great deal in human relationships and environmental factors. Another fact is that you could be employed for a day job to do a smart job, exclusively; smart Job Hives you independent unlike working for a Boss. Most smart Works are privately owned by the individuals involved. Below is a Juxtaposition between the Two ways of making a living:

| Working Remotely from anywhere in the World | A site, workstation or Office is mandatory. |
| Can be an expensive means of Work e.g cost of electricity, the internet could be high | The company/Boss provides everything needed to work with. |
Everything in life has its good and bad sides, but Smart Working is more beneficial to humans as regards health and safety issues. But what is good for A might not be of benefit to B!

smart job is better than regular job, because in regular job our precence is very necessary but in smart job it is not necessary.
In regular job we run according to job rules, but in smart job it is not necessary.
In regular we cannot leave without permotion, but in smart jobe no permission is required.

Right on. Freedom to live the life you feel drawn to and not worrying about money at all is the ultimate goal. Society should value giving its people as much free time as possible. We can automate so many things nowadays, yet we all seem to need to work more than ever. The problem is the means of production is owned by the corporations and billionaires, you and I don't reap the benefits of the vast amount of knowledge that humanity has collectively accumulated for generations.
These are wise words, Hopefully the Blockchain breach that Imbalance in the World.
