"THE WISDOM IN GREY HAIR/OLD AGE"
Words of wisdom are more expensive than anything in existence because these words could make you or mar you.
Irrespective of how wealthy you are, if the basic wisdom is missing; their ability to manage the riches will be missing and everything would end up crumbling down.
Seventy-year-old grandpa Sully use to be a farmer, very hardworking when he still had the strength to till the soil, of course, he was making a living from farming so his family must help. Like every responsible traditional farmer, both the father and mother with the kids help with farm chores.
Now Mr.Sully is old and retired from farming, his kids all grown up with there own families. Five children in all, three girls two boys all grown up with kids.
Federick is the second son and the third born, right from childhood he hates working on the farm, despite Grandpa Sully's lecture on family business, Fed always run off into town when he was still younger to do some other chores/work that would fetch him money- Very Resourceful like his dad but he hates farming.
Mr.Sully had known for a very long time his rouge son would be great, so he always collect his earnings every time stating the farm needs it. Fed always run tantrums when it all first started, but without anychoice he has to tender his earnings to his dad, if its for the house and farm up keep, then its fine- so he use to console himself.
As he grow older, he had mastered the act of splitting his earnings because his dad would take it. This went on and on until Federick was old enough to leave for the city.
After some years, Fed finished school and got a job, he started sending funds home to his parents, if other siblings are doing the same; its not the subject matter of the story. So after some Years of working and starting his own family, Fed had lost his mom, left with now old papa Sully.
Towards the beginning of winter, Fed and siblings got a message to all converge home on the farm-stead.
Worrying, they all gathered and behold papa Sully had passed away!
So papa Sully's best friend was sharing the estate of his late friend among the Children, Papa Sully did not give Fed any of his Farm Inheritance, but he had kept all of Fed's savings from day one and had put it into good investment for his second son who did not like being part of the farming business.
Federick and his wife were doing well in the city, but papa Sully had made a fortune for his second child out of his son's earnings as he collects them from him while he was still young, he was investing it.
The old man had seen that there is no point in grounding his son on the farm like the rest, so for his son not to lavish his earnings as every child would do, he kept them all for him. He thought "As a child he dislike the farm, as an adult he would dislike it the more."
In other for one of his children not to be left out, he invested in his future without the boy knowing!

That man is super wise :)
I saw part of it in a western movie, i was wowed!
I suspected somehow while reading the story he was saving the money for him.
Papa Sully is really a wise man by simply recognising that people's destiny are different and you can never bend over to doing what they don't have passion for.
Thanks for the Brilliant Summary.
