A muslim hijab sister was dying in a lecture hall one day. She had an athsma attack and apparently her inhaler had finished. In this helpless state,a bold guy who was in the same lecture hall , carried her and was going to take her to the health center.
He hadn't gone far, when the dying girl began to resist, she said that he was committing a sin by touching her. The lady waa dying but she refused to be carried by a man, this drama continued untul a lecturer who was driving by offered to take her to the health center.
I was told the story of another young student of a prominent christian secondary school. She had been ill for days in her hostel but instead of seeking medical attention, she was being prayed for until she gave up the ghost.
I have also learnt of a particular christian denomination where blood transfusions or giving birth in hospitals is forbidden. They had rather die than receive blood transfusion from even their own family member.

As much as I am a lover of God and godly things, these circumstances got me wondering, sometimes we blame our problems, attacks, pain and failures on other people. We blame our government too but sometimes we allow ourselves be manipulated by religion such that we don't mind giving up our lives for religion sake. Doesn't that make us similar to terrorists who agree to drive a bomb implanted cars into buildings full of people in the name of religion?
Religion has become a system and for some people a way of life. I believe in having a great personal relationship with God, not attributing everything we do to religion. Some of us practice religion by attending our various places of worship but we don't live right. Religion is not what we are called to, sincere worship and personal relationship is.
I'm not saying all religious doctrines are wrong but religion in a way has become a swindling tool that some set of people use to perpetrate evil. Think about muslim terrorist sects all over the world, what about fake prophets and fake pastors? Don't you think we need freedom from religion?
God will always send the rain, but you have to prepare your field first.
Call on God, but keep rowing your boat. Never ask God to do for you, what He has given you common sense to do. Lines upon lines, precept upon precepts. One thing first after then, the other. God never make life difficult for us, we make it difficult for ourselves by set of dos and donts, which is clearly borne out of ignorance. Even God prioritize our lives, why shouldn't we?
Thank you so much for this reply..I appreciate it.. Its a great addition to the article..
I am really glad you like it. Thank you my dear.
I'm just OK with your topic. Relationship is all that matters.
Organized religion has less & less to do with helping people and more & more to do with controlling and swindling people.
Exactly...thank you for this addition
I personally distant myself from over religious people. Most times theyre just church goers and want to make people believe they're living a just life.
The blood transfusion rejection is the one that kills me. It is well
😀😀
They still do it o
