Really good! I agree. For me it was not negative thoughts about myself though. It was more the constant uncontrollable self talk. Conversations, repeating things i wanted to say to others, rehearsing situations etc. When i learned techniques to notice my self talk, and push it away I really calmed down a lot. My anxiety and stress was reduced. Learning to be more in your body and be present. And also not being so obsessed by whats going to happen in the future.
