In my environment there are some girls, young and very beautiful. I secretly envy their beauty, youth, tenderness. But what is surprising to me - they consider themselves not thin (!) and exhaust yourself diets. Which are sometimes really harmful to health. If it is (I repeat) they do not need, because they are really nice and have charm.
