How would you like access to the top paid coached, trainer and mentors that money can buy for FREE?
How valuable would it be for you to gain knowledge from people who have a less steep learning curve than your own?
And how much would you pay to have these top-tier mentors coaching you on every topic from family to finance, from marketing to self-improvement?
Today I want to make you a promise. It’s a promise that I made to myself years ago, and it has blessed my life ever since.
I live a tragically fortunate life. When I was 12, my father died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 302 in New Hampshire. A Bright Yellow Ducati sports bike got into a speed wobble, crossed the center line, bounced off the bike in front of my dad and struck him head-on. Instantly.
My father Wayne was a wealthy self-made businessman, and my inheritance was sizable, which is why I call myself tragically fortunate. Warren Buffett has the best quote on inheritance I have ever read.
“Leave enough money so that they would feel they could do anything, but not so much that they could do nothing.” Warren Buffett.
Until that point my life was normal. When I turned 18 and received my large inheritance, and my life became complicated as it filled with great responsibility. But like any 18year old, I didn’t want responsibility; I wanted a new car with fancy rims and a loud speaker system. But by luck, a businessman who knew new Wayne took me in and became my mentor and showed me a better way. Soon I hired a finance coach and I realized how much I didn’t know. I became overwhelmed, ready to stash my cash in my mattress. I was scared and afraid of the unknown possibilities that could leave me penniless. But I was committed to bettering my life and the life of those around me. I soon found others who felt the
same way about helping others through volunteering. By this time I am 22 and was losing the sense of reward I once had when volunteering. I entered a mild depression as I felt my life and influence was no longer growing. After a few months of self-wallowing in my mental jail cell, I read a quote by Zig Ziggler that reads. “You can have everything you want in your life, if you help enough people get what they want.” At age 23, I then realized how to use my inheritance best. To teach, coach and mentor and invest in myself, so I could have more to give. I adopted a minimalistic mindset.
Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on books, seminars, coaching sessions, and research groups. I found my zest for life in being a student for life. And now, with the unique creation of Steemit. I have a new platform to give my knowledge away for free while earning an income. But I will need your help.
MY PROMISE TO YOU
I will work for you to increase my personal value through taking 10% of what I earn on Steemit and sending it on coaches, trainers, and mentors, so I can then pass that value onto you. This is my Steemit Promise. To improve my value and pass that value along to you.
