The day after I tried logging on to the LIT app and a message appeared saying:

Account Suspended This account doesn't accord with the User Policy of Lit and has been suspend. Contact [email protected] for inquiries.

I sent an email to support saying:

Why has my account been suspended? please give me a detailed answered as to why it was suspended please.

I recieved a reply a few hours later:

Thank you for reaching out to us. In regard to the appeal of your banned account, we would need you to answer the questions below for our reference:

Do you hereby declare that all the answers are truthful, and if not should the appeal be dismissed?
Please provide your Lit username or the phone number that you've registered Lit with.
Is this account used solely by you?
Have you ever used Lit service in an inadequate manner, including but not limited to the application of simulators, bots, or spamming with multiple accounts?
On average, how much time do you spend on Lit every day?
Please describe your general usage with Lit service. This includes usage situation, purpose and how you distribute your use of time. A detailed description would help us better understand the situation you're in and further make a decision upon.

I answered the email to all of the questions that were asked of me:

My answers are truthful.

This is my only account. Mithrilweed (I sign in using facebook)

I am the only one who solely uses this account.

I have NEVER used a simulator or bot.

The last few days I have increased the number of hours I've used the LIT app trying to figure out how it works. Generally from 7am until 11pm (I do not know how many hours exactly).

I wake up and log on. I just learned that you can have 24 personal "stories" in a day's time so I'm trying to keep to do that. I'm also trying to gain followers so I'm adding new people who's stories I like and am "voting or liking" their "stories" as much as I can. I'm doing this between 7am until 11pm throughout the day... (If LIT would allow me to add more than 24 stories in a day I would add more)

I just added a mithril vault to my account (Thank you for that)

If there are anymore questions you need answered please ask them.

Will you please reinstate my account as I have done nothing wrong? You still have not answered my original question as to why my account was suspended... Thank You. Mithrilweed

I still have not recieved a reply from support and have sent another email as well.

I do not know if you can help in any way which is why I am writing a reply here. Hopefully you will read this and maybe have an answer for me. If not I guess I will write another post on Steemit stating exactly what occured. So far I've been patient but I must admit that this is disturbing me.
