I am waiting patiently for ours to blossom too. I took that photo last spring of my tree. Soon the buds will swell. So excited to have spring on it's way.

I am familiar with both your seasons, my son lives in Panama and has similar to you. Here in northern USA I get plenty of snow and 4 seasons. It is always changing and I love that.
