Nice one boss.....staying much at your comfort zone is really at times a great obstacle to achieving greatness in life. It will be so hard to leave such place simply because you think there will never be a beter place but alas thats just procrastination at work, there are better places just that the road might be rough now but with little more perseverance and little more hardworking you will eventually get there.
Even the bible comfirm it that....the glory of your latter will surpass that of the former, so why not make the move now.

I prefer the "work now and play later" boss because working late at night is not even an option. Night is meant for resting.
