Play music together is the best! The language of music is universal and it brings together different peoples and cultures. Of course, at the Gyüttment festival, there were not only Hungarians. I remember two Mongolian guy who played different instruments and a girl (I don't know where was she from, perhaps Russia), who had a beautiful and clear voice. And, there were very talented young gipsy boys, too (the youngest was about 9).
The biggest music group was a drum circle with djembes and other African type drums. I also joined with my rattles. The dog in the middle was lying quietly, hadn't been disturbed by loud drums.
This is another location of music in the woods, where people could try many instruments, like rattles, jew harp, handpan, hangdrum, djembe, etc. I had an opportunity to sing my own songs in a microphone, accompanied by instruments. It was an awesome, wonderful feeling and a new mantra song was born. It was recorded and I hope they'll send it via e-mail.
