While climate change continues to advance, we can notice some changes in our planet. Plants and animals lose their habitats, the climate changes and global warming begins. The technologies are not, in most cases, friendly to the environment. Thinking about this is that engineers and scientists have been thinking about green technologies that can save the world. Air purifying tiles
For a technology to be really useful it must be designed to be used daily, and there is nothing better than tiles on your roof, always working. What is done is to cover them with titanium dioxide, very useful to clean the air, which works as a catalyst oxidizing the nitrogen oxide and the organic components in soluble nitrate. With a thick layer of this component greenhouse gases can be markedly reduced. Each house would be able to end up with a lot of environmental pollution.
Cold pavement
On hot days, the pavement is the main cause of the city feeling hot. The cold pavement not only lowers the temperature, but decreases the smog. Its function is to reduce global warming by generating more light, and therefore decreasing the consumption of electricity and making less air conditioners needed.
Energy harvester on concrete
Imagine that with a simple step you are generating energy that can be used in lamps and machines. The kinetic energy generated is not enough to make a generator work, but it is enough to turn on lamps in the street. It has not yet been installed in the streets due to lack of durable and water resistant materials, but it is a matter of time before it is commercialized.
