RE: What does Chris Paul trade mean to JJ Redick?

in #nba7 years ago

Thanks for the information. I never like doc river and i think his success in boston is because he has fews really professional players to work with. But i believe jerry west would make good decision and i think this is the challenge he is looking for. But just need sometime as all cp3, griffin and jj may just be gone this year. I wish suns could sign both but they do not have enough salary cap to work with and they cant move brandon knight. There is a report that suns will not offer millsap for 4 fours so i think millsap is going to denver. Blake griffin actually approached suns himself so i guess there is some chance suns may actually land him.

This is all great stuff.

I have never believed in having someone controlling multiple positions. Like a GM/Coach or President/GM and in Doc's case President/Coach. Too much power and too much responsibility. Those are all full time jobs.

And Doc in regards to his son...well the Clippers could have gotten Carmelo Anthony in a trade involving Austin Rivers. But Doc turned it down. Thus the Clippers lose in the first round.

The Suns I have seen keep offering up Bledsoe in various trade discussions. So not sure what they want to do at the PG. And in regards to Griffin he may be using the Sun's as leverage in order to force the Clippers to give him that 5th year...the same 5th year they DID NOT offer to Chris Paul. Will be interesting to see what happens.

This is a interestint summer isnt it, alot of great trade and great rookies. Are you going to watch the summer league as well? For the suns, i can give some perepective as why they want to move bledsoe, first until josh jackson fell into them, suns actually consider fox such that if they pick fox, bledsoe will be gone. There is also another rumor suggesting suns wants denver pick and mudiary for bledsoe, but once blazers got zach collins at 10th, the suns turned down the trade, so zach colins is their guy. Spot on on blake griffin situation, this is what i think, i just need some booze and miracle now :)

Great information. You have the Suns in your back pocket.

For the summer league I hope to watch some live. As I live in Vegas. But for the first time ALL 63 games will be broadcasted on one of the ESPN platforms.

Should be fun. I want to see Lonzo Ball play as I am a Lakers fan. 24 teams (including the Suns) are in the Vegas league this year and they are doing it tournament style with a championship game. lol. SMART...they are going to make so much money on what constitutes rookie practice. lol

Oh an who needs Blake when you can get Paul Millsap for cheaper. Is it a coincidence the Suns signed his brother Elijah that last game of the season? I certainly want to see how all this plays out.

Yeah there is one strong point that suns may get millsap but i think elijah is not in the suns roster anymore, maybe delegate back to dleague. Man you need to catch some game lives and take a few pictures, i will give you a 100% upvote. And lonzo ball is gonna be the star, you can just tell. Actually the top 5 rookies have a chance to be star. So many talents this year.
