Judaism does no such thing, except in your made up quotes. I saw someone disprove the 3 year old one to you, but you continue spouting this Jew hatred garbage. It can't be too complicated for you to understand a legal discussion about what the virginal status of a 3 year old who was raped is. Grasp that in the legal context of her "purity," to say it is "as if the rape didn't occur," is morally righteous. As in, yes she was physically raped, which was a crime for dozens of reasons, but despite the physical evidence of her trauma, SHE IS STILL A PURE AND SPIRITUAL VIRGIN according to the Rabbis, and therefor there are no LEGAL concerns for her or her future husband...
It's the exact opposite of what you say, the rabbis are protecting her and her purity, but you seem to be playing thick, and hate Jews. So you choose to believe verbatim, the 1 sentence of the text you want to read, and ignore the rest, the context, the legal question, the intention, the language of the time, etc. (If you even did read it, and even after it was shown to you months ago.) I bet I'll see you making this same BS claim again anyways, won't I?
Say your 3 year old daughter gets raped (G-d forbid.) And say we lived in a society highly concerned with the status of women at marriage. You'd want the rabbi's interpretation of the non-effect of the rape on her purity to apply wouldn't you? Tell me the truth, legally speaking about her purity and eligibility to marry, it should be that "it is as if the rape never happened..." shouldn't it...?
Get it yet? Why is that difficult?
I know, as in, I am 100% certain, that you have not read the entire texts. There is no way to conclude as you have, without either being innocently led, or intentionally seeking such false interpretations. Before trying to quote something else, deal with this one you raised here and elsewhere. Don't you want the rabbi's interpretation to apply to your daughter were that G-d forbid to happen?
Think I'm lying when I pray for you and your hypothetical/potentially real daughter; "G-d forbid..?"
Can't hear my sincerity? Think this a complicated trick? Jews aren't what you think...
Though I'm pissed, I'll even call you brother if you take up the other side, and then want to learn...
