Despite it being A cold weekend it was my first off work in quite some time so we made the most of it.
We went on A small Sunday trip to the Norfolk broads for a bit of walking, photo taking and a snack at the local cafe.
The weather was quite cold and the rivers were having some flooding issues so there weren't any boats sailing like usual but it was still great to see them and they were all docked together which was nice.
By the time we got to some walking the sun was beginning to go down, the sky looked terrific and it made the scenery better.
The walk was cut short due to the flooding, in this part of the UK we have seen a lot of rainfall over the past 2 months I have seen areas flood that have never flooded before
The outlook for this week appears to be drier but cold weather is forecasted bringing minus temps to the country so I guess the flooding will somewhat remain for the villages around these broads.
Overall it was a great way to end the Weekend I had a very relaxing Sunday whilst still getting outdoors in the cold. It was nice to get out and visit this delightful destination as an escape from the heart of Norfolk's natural beauty.
