Real estate is really quite affordable. We bought an amazing property on the water in one of the nicest neighborhoods in San Juan and we paid a third of what we'd pay for a similar property in Miami.
Have property prices declined a lot further since the hurricane hit? I'm just wondering if there are some crazy deals at this point. There is always the worry of future hurricanes....etc
